For more than 32 years, I have provided legal representation that protects the rights of individuals and small businesses across a broad spectrum of practice areas, including insurance claims, personal injury, business litigation, probate and contested wills, consumer law and family law matters.

I earned my law degree from the St. Mary's University School of Law; a master's degree in business administration from Corpus Christi State University; and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

I am admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth District.
